Agriculture serves as the economic backbone for many countries, particularly in developing regions of Africa. ACCEP focuses on promoting sustainable agricultural practices that contribute to food security through workshops, training sessions, and support for farmers dealing with climate change challenges.

Economic activities such as agriculture, mining, and infrastructure development contribute to deforestation worldwide. ACCEP advocates for and initiates tree-planting initiatives in communities experiencing deforestation and desertification, providing farmers with seedlings to establish plantations of cashew, mango, and teak.

ACCEP enhances farmers' capacity to utilize agroforestry to improve yields, increase biodiversity, and reduce evapo-transpiration. We provide training on inter-planting cereals and legumes including maize, millet, soybeans, groundnuts, and cow peas. The incorporation of trees creates a favorable environment for water retention and improves soil structure.
